18 mile bike ride.  Very hilly!  My quads were burning to the point of failure on more than one occasion.  I don't know if that is lack of training or insufficient recovery time from skiing/long run/hiking this week.  Got some advice on increasing my leg strength with squats/lunges/leg press. 

Ab workout with Maddy.

Goals:  one yoga class and one spinning class per week in addition to one swim workout once every two weeks until amping all of this up in March.  In the meantime steadily increase running mileage as hip allows. 

Tomorrow:  leg/ back strength workout
